Horoscopes for April 13
The superstition of Friday the 13th began with the seizure of a medieval military order on a Friday the 13th in the year 1307. The downfall of this group, the Knights of Templar, had such an impact that the day was considered to be unlucky. This year the sun and Pluto conspire to turn the paradigm inside out — the stars are on your side!

Horoscopes for April 12
The moon in Aquarius is chill, like the cool sound of a saxophone echoing down Bourbon Street. This moon's no mama's boy. Don't expect to get your emotional needs met without appealing to the ever-so-cool mind of reasonableness.

Horoscopes for April 11
The social Aquarius moon invites the planetary party to a midweek mixer as Venus moves into Gemini, playing hostess with the mostest with razzle-dazzle flair. Love confessions pop up on our IM chat screens and cell phones for a truly modern real-time love message. Flirty, but are they true? Lovers cut to the chase with disarming honesty.

Horoscopes for April 10
Mercury enters Aries, and our words ring loud and proud. Like the old song lyric "we're free to be, you and me," strong statements potentially polarize opinions into two different camps. It feels good to talk, though. Nothing's finer than the freedom to express, which some nations consider a right, and others still consider a privilege.

Horoscopes for April 9
Over the weekend, the Superman Aries sun changed from straight-laced Clark Kent into a man on a mission. What happened? First, Saturn kept our MO under the radar, as we remained solid, responsible citizens of necessity. Now, Jupiter touches the sun with golden rays of generosity and benevolence. Praise the hero in your story.

Horoscopes for April 8
Aggressive Mars continues through the spiritual territory of Pisces. Soul searching isn't just a pastime, it's a preoccupation. But you don't always have to look inward to discover your inner world. It reveals itself in everything you do, from getting dressed to doing your work to kicking back. You're everywhere you go.

How did we get here, and where are we going next? Horoscopes for April 5
If the Aries sun runs the show with all the fervor of a football coach, the Scorpio moon is far less obvious. The difference is in strategy. The Scorpio moon goes for the intensity of the game, analyzing the weak links, merging with the roaring crowd. We can drive a goal home to victory, but it's the emotional impact that lingers.

Horoscopes for April 4
We're all recovering from the high-energy full moon earlier this week. Maybe that's why we're more tired than usual, typical for this moon phase. We're also a little testy as the moon in Scorpio reminds us to respect our own emotional territory.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
