Neptune's otherworldly vibes draw the trance dancers, poets and dreamers from the ether to terra firma. Mystical poets experienced the ecstatic in the ordinary -- the gentle sway of the breeze, the joy of a friend or the sheer generosity of life. Look around for the invisible hand in everything, evidence that surely heaven exists on earth. |

The moon in Taurus points to the furry, cuddly animal inside each of us, that loves being touched, cooed over, petted and fed. That animal nature that longs for creature comforts is probably connected to our primal needs for love, food and shelter -- basic, yes, but not unsophisticated. There's real intelligence in our physical desires. |

"It's hard to believe it's not summer yet!" cries the Aries moon. Nature, like life, has her seasons, and that timeline, not ours, seasons the eager beaver in each of us. When we yield to our own seasonality, we put one foot in front of the other. Instead of picking the early fruit, we allow the fruit of our lives to ripen and fall. How sweet it is! |

The last quarter moon in Pisces is meditative. In a moment of reflection we access remnants of forgotten yearnings and hear the call of long-lost dreams. When the contrast between the "doing" Gemini sun and the "being" Pisces moon pulls you in two directions, find a moment of silence. When you mellow yourself, you mellow the planet. |

Today's Aquarian moon energy calls on our inner geek. Tinker with projects. Socialize. Tool around on the computer. The sun in Gemini is airy, like the Aquarian moon, and the experimental, lofty and even scientific have appeal. What's more satisfying than getting your freaky geek on? That's for you to decide. Air signs are up for it. |

There's a useful side to the Capricorn moon. Like an expert baggage handler, we finally de-compartmentalize our emotional lives. Instead of pushing aside our hopes, fears and insecurities, we engage what's bugging us. This act purifies the baggage of our hearts. And the less we take into this exuberant week, the more fun we have! |

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
