Rare snow storm surprises Arizona |

 Winter goes on, this time hitting Arizona.
The northern part of the state has gotten more than a foot of snow and several more inches could fall Monday. Downtown Phoenix and Tucson saw up to 1 1/2 inches, according to the National Weather Service.
More winter weather
COLORADO
3 to 6 inches of snow along the Front Range. More in the mountains and plains. A long stretch of Interstate 70 reopened Monday. It was closed from Denver International Airport to near the Kansas state line because of winds, blowing snow, poor visibility and ice.
OKLAHOMA
About 20,000 customers don't have power, mostly in eastern Oklahoma. An ice storm left as many as 125,000 homes and businesses without power more than a week ago.
MISSOURI
More than 45,000 people without electricity.
EAST COAST
Snow, sleet and freezing rain hit Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. An accident on Interstate 81 in Virginia killed one person and injured five, authorities said.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
