Multi-platinum and three-time Grammy winning Christian band Jars of Clay will perform selections from its recently released collection, "Good Monsters," at 7 p.m. March 7 on the Monfort Concert Hall stage at the Union Colony Civic Center. Tickets are on sale now.
Long considered a critical success, Jars of Clay also has enjoyed major commercial success in its 10-year career, including a double-platinum selling debut project and more than 5 million records sold in total.
Special guests include the melodic rock of Need to Breathe and Burlap to Cashmere, with its distinct sound made up of folk music combined with arrangements full of flamenco guitar, Afro-Cuban rhythms, and old-world Greek bazouki.
Single tickets are available for $24, $20 or $16 and Center Circle tickets are $35. For group reservations call Andy Segal at 350.9455.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
