Dr. Margie Mulligan is picking up a good vibration in Fort Collins. As a vibrational healer, she takes a holistic approach to healing.
“I am educating people who don’t know the power of vibration in healing the mind, body, and spirit using energy,” Mulligan said.
This type of healing uses vibrational tools to correct imbalances in the body that affect a person’s physical, emotional and mental well-being.
Mulligan will share her ideas March 3-4 at the fifth annual Winter Holistic Fair at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, alongside psychics, body-workers, healers, aura readers and other holistic workers.
She will discuss “The Healing Code,” a process that focuses on healing stress. “(The Healing Code) is a process people can use for themselves,” Mulligan said. “It has shown to completely eliminate stress in a 10-minute treatment.”
Mulligan first came across alternative medicine in the 1980s, when she saw her sister use sound healing to treat Olympic athletes’ injuries. Sound healing is a similar process to vibrational healing, where therapeutic sound frequencies are applied to parts of the body to bring them in the healing process.
“I saw that it was really powerful,” said Mulligan, “With my stress in the corporate world, I found a way to relieve it.”
Mulligan’s excitement about holistic healing grew when she enrolled in spiritual classes; there she found an outlet for stress and other ailments.
Avoiding work and the corporate lifestyle, Mulligan pulled herself away from her job at Hewlett Packard. She left the company a little more than a year ago to pursue holistic healing full time.
“I was clearly guided to vibration healing,” said Mulligan. “I have been doing holistic fairs for the last four years.”
Her main goal at the fairs is education and to show people that, while drugs and surgery are necessary, there are alternatives for healing.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
