Does gravity age us? Or is it, as one anonymous poet suggested, "the insidious constancy of seconds ticking, reverberating from mirrors, reflected in the shade of large trees" that ages us? Mars and Saturn tug from opposite sides of the zodiac, representing our chronic struggle with time. But to humans, struggle is always optional.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You can be it all, feisty, motivated and driven. And what's even better is that you can do this without challenging anyone but yourself. A Sagittarius person is on your side — listen up to what this person has to say.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). A sluggish feeling comes at exactly the wrong time — a signal for you to take control. Vitamin-packed food and inspirational quotes keep energies moving in a positive direction.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Loved ones want to know the real you. But what they may not understand is that there are so many real yous — and today several of them come out to enjoy the tasks on your agenda. You're a constant surprise.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). In art, hyperrealism exaggerates the subject by exploding little details into big ones. You're in a hyper-realistic moment about what it will take to achieve your financial goals, but your progress has been monumental.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). It's easy to find something wrong with the citizens of the world. Are they all ignorant, or apathetic? Who knows, and who cares? You're on to the harder task of finding something to love about every person you meet.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (March 23). You're growing as a person and attracting new circumstances to match your upbeat tone. April brings a sign that you're going to make a dream come true. Keep imagining and believing you can do it. There's a financial breakthrough in July. You're openly admired in August. Accept your popularity with grace. Cancer and Taurus people adore you. Lucky numbers are: 9, 20, 5, 11 and 16.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). With every meeting, an eventual parting is inevitable. Remember this, and don't take it personally when a situation comes to an end. The temporary parting of ways means a new cycle is about to begin.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Celebrate your success, and maintain your optimism, but be aware of your limits. A certain someone who loves you can come to your aid by keeping you anchored in reality.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Creativity boosts your energy level. While it's probably not a good idea to let the boss catch you doodling in your notepad, giving your mind the time and permission to wander a bit could prove incredibly productive.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Pay attention to those things that put you on the defensive. Is your boss questioning your work? Did a spouse's joke hit a raw nerve? Instead of a knee-jerk reaction, pause for a moment of clarity. Get to the bottom of it.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Remember when you used to want to get into a certain "club" — be it a job, social circle or relationship — so badly that you would have paid through the nose to do so? Now you're bored by it all — and that's progress.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Too much making sense becomes just a lot of nonsense. Intelligent thought that goes on and on and on will eventually put everyone to sleep. The wisest people need to be silly, and you're among them.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). A little well-placed anger can inspire you to make great changes, either in the world or in yourself. But if you're holding on to anger or resentment for no good reason, it's time to ask yourself what purpose that's serving.
WEEKEND LOVE FORECAST: ARIES: Your whole being, conscious and unconscious, is devising a plan to get to your shimmering vision of love. TAURUS: The happier you are right now, the more likely you are to attract the person who will also be there for you later. GEMINI: Those whose opinions matter to you seem to be impressed with you ... but this is only the beginning of what you can do. CANCER: Relationships stretch you to the limit. LEO: If you make someone feel that they can become great, you've done the job that only a great person can do. VIRGO: You want to be loved, not possessed. Assert your independence. LIBRA: You have fantastic rapport with someone, which you can turn into a more permanent fixture in your life. SCORPIO: The right partner will help you make music of your weekend. SAGITTARIUS: With charm, you bridge the gap between your world and someone else's. CAPRICORN: Love is like a choreographed dance number. It helps to have a partner who knows the moves. AQUARIUS: Getting acquainted with someone new is awkward, but exciting. PISCES: What you learn from your love life will affect other areas of your life, as well.
COUPLE OF THE WEEKEND: Scorpio and Leo are both "fixed" signs, meaning they like to perfect and finish things. It's a quality the world needs more of. But these signs must be reminded that people aren't "things" to be perfected and finished. This weekend, Scorpio and Leo find the path to love through accepting each other's different styles and approaches. When they connect with no strings attached, it's sensational.

| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
