Mars' entry into Pisces pours water on our belly fires. We may think we know what we want, but when we express it, it collapses on us like a giant wave. Some desires are lost in the transition from air to water, a message in a bottle disappearing into the sea. Others surface with the force of a Jacuzzi jet, quickly dispersing into foam.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). Patterns emerge like traces of sediment left on a deserted beach, waiting to be deciphered. What are the elements trying to tell you? Perhaps the most obvious answer is the best one.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You're like the maitre d' at the most exclusive restaurant in town — someone's plan totally relies on your participation and input. You do a tasteful job, and all goes off magazine-perfect.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Be willing to share the spotlight with a crazed boss or business partner. Even if you're being coached by the teleprompter, you're ad-libbing with your own original work.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). A wacky scheme diverts you from what you were doing. The universe is conspiring to make you a bigger player in the world. Whatever you can imagine is yours for asking.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You like getting all tangled up in other people's business. You get to experience the heightened drama of emotion without paying a personal cost — or do you? Your own life sits waiting for your participation!
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (April 6). Often this year you find your power in your dreams and psychic guidance. These subtle forces aren't inconsequential — they're shifting huge patterns that have been with you for ages. Your professional expertise is recognized in May. A love question is answered affirmatively in July. Scorpios and Leos light up when you're around. Your lucky numbers are: 19, 5, 30, 2 and 12.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You expect certain people to disagree with you — your landlord when you ask him to fix a leaky pipe, your cat when you feed her less than the best. But what you don't expect is the wave of acceptance that comes this afternoon.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Go where you're needed. Focus on the task at hand. Move with the energy. You're in a prime position to fulfill the piece of your destiny that has everything to do with honing your personal excellence.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). There's no war to win, no fight to provoke. Agent provocateur, you're a smoldering siren, or master of all the right moves. Someone waits for your love.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Feeling torn in two directions — or three? Your workload reproduces like bunnies, but personal matters populate your inner life with equal force. Take the pressure off with a nap or a walk. The world will wait.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You used to think fantasy was, at best, magical thinking, at worst, denial. But the more you use your imagination in your daily life, the more magic you attract.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Prisms need light to unleash their splendor. You need dough to unleash your dream. Write down the dollar figure you want to attain, and then tuck it under your bedtime pillow so it can commune with your unconscious.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You're on fire. OK, maybe you're not on fire, but an unsteady yet reliable stream of spontaneous intuitive eruptions drives you forward. These are punctuated by fits of giggles.
WEEKEND LOVE FORECAST:
ARIES: Your sweetie appreciates extra attention from you — a foot massage would be heavenly.
TAURUS: A small luxury soothes frazzled weekday nerves and puts you in the mood for amore.
GEMINI: A change in Saturday night plans blows open doors. What you come up with is far better than what was planned.
CANCER: Tear yourself away from work for a quick romantic trip, mountain or seaside.
LEO: It's a festive, romantic weekend for you. Catch a play or musical.
VIRGO: Be it love, a memory or a fantasy you'd long ago abandoned, do something to bring back that old familiar feeling.
LIBRA: You won't get stuck planning all the logistics. Your mate brings a plan to beautiful fruition.
SCORPIO: The good vibrations you've set in motion keep you humming through weekend adventures.
SAGITTARIUS: An attitude of positive expectancy attracts people to do your bidding.
CAPRICORN: You'll learn something new about the object of your desire, even if you have known this person for decades.
AQUARIUS: Your outlook is as sunny as your relationship.
PISCES: It's hard to hide what you're feeling from anyone. You're an open book, so let 'em read it.
COUPLE OF THE WEEKEND: If an Aries created the game truth or dare, a Sagittarius is foolhardy — and frisky — enough to one-up the dare. Together these two titillate and excite each other — Aries through feats of impressive risk, and Sagittarius through fascination with the unknown. When the aimless Archer falls for the precocious Ram, he falls hard. Look alive! This match loathes boredom.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
