The moon in Aquarius is chill, like the cool sound of a saxophone echoing down Bourbon Street. This moon's no mama's boy. Don't expect to get your emotional needs met without appealing to the ever-so-cool mind of reasonableness. Temperaments are even-keeled, making it easier for everyone to just get along.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). The team's counting on you to drive a project home, and you're counting on you, too. You can muster your inner authoritarian for brevity, but the whole deal hinges on a humorous light touch. Keep it loose to keep it tight.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Communication is strained by, well, straining. You don't have to try so hard to prove a point, especially with family. Imagine everyone praising you, agreeing with you, and it happens. It's really that simple.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Negotiations ease a financial face-off. A third party provides a solution, and maybe that propitious person is your partner. Work occupies your attention tonight.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). You're seeing the pattern to someone's cranky behavior. But you realize when you don't participate in this pattern you don't contribute to the mutual torture. For instant gratification, put your energy into your work.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You can feel like you're carrying everyone else's weight. It's this mythos you have about the world going to chaos without your guidance. Ironically, when you relinquish the burdened mind, someone shows up to help.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (April 12). You have moxy, star power, charisma! Your star attitude helps you leap over obstacles and make some money, as well! June is so romantic — and you're seeing new parts of the world together in July. Your mind is developing, creativity blooming through the summer. By September you're like a new person. Virgo and Capricorn people are allies. Lucky numbers are: 5, 30, 4, 11 and 19.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You're totally focused on getting through the pile of papers on your desk, but hey, work is strangely fun for you. Regarding office-talk: Go for the story behind the story, because you won't be satisfied with anything less.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). When it comes to what you want, you can be quite the chameleon. So don't fault the world for laying stones across your path. Someone needs your compassion. You've just completed the lesson they need to learn.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). A higher-up demands the best from you, so give it all you've got to knock their socks off. Later, allow self-doubts to surface then fizzle — they're only the energetic after-effects of moving through resistance.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Don't bamboozle yourself with unrealistic expectations. You can only give what you have to give, nothing more. You're the summation of your experiences, and more than good enough, you're brilliant!
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). If you've asked for help from your partner and it hasn't worked, change your question. They may not be able to cover the rent, but maybe the insurance bill. They have something to give; it's just a matter of finding it. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Certainly we're all guilty of projecting our own judgments out there. Take the opportunity to plug a leak in your self-perception by using your relationship as a two-way mirror. From both sides, all is revealed.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). If anyone can do it, you can make practical, concrete 100-percent organizational sense out of an impossible scenario. It's the power of the slippery Fishes. Tonight, slip away into a fantasy world of your own design.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I'm a Gemini woman, born May 31, 1963. My life keeps randomly intersecting with an amazing Libra male, born Oct. 23, 1956, despite the fact that we live in different countries. When we do happen to connect, there's effortless synergy and great things happen. Are these connections strictly random?"
First of all, your Libra man is actually a Scorpio! He was born on the cusp of Libra/Scorpio. (The sun changes signs around the 21-23 of every month, a reminder for cusp folks to check the astrological calendar year they were born.) I can see your attraction for this glamorous Scorpio man who makes you feel like a million bucks when you're together! This relationship brings one exciting possibility after another. I'm so glad you mentioned synergy. When alchemists combine different elements, they blend to produce a totally new matter. The alchemy of love is kind of like that. Sometimes we don't know what we're capable of until we meet someone whose energy combines with ours to attract one-of-a-kind circumstances. The energy of any relationship attracts all kinds of new opportunities or conflicts. The randomness of this affair is a thrill for you, Gemini. Have fun with it!
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Francis Ford Coppola keeps two things in the family: movies and wine. His daughter, Sofia Coppola, is the first American woman to ever be nominated for best director. Nephews Nicolas Cage and Jason Schwartzman are successful actors. His Niebaum-Coppola Winery has been successful for decades. Aries are aggressive leaders, but Coppola embodies the best parts of Aries in charge.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
