Spidey senses a $1 billion haul |

"Spider-Man 3" shook off a lukewarm reception from Spidey fans to continue to spin its magic money web, pulling in $60 million this weekend.
Movie message boards hum with debate over whether the latest Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst romance adventure is as good as the first two. But the film continues to give Hollywood a strong summer kickoff.
"Spider-Man 3" has so far earned $242.1 million. It has also earned more than $380 million overseas, raising its take to $622 million. At its current pace, it could become the fourth movie ever to gross more than $1 billion worldwide.
"28 Weeks Later," a zombie flick, was second with $10 million in sales and "Georgia Rule," the widely panned Jane Fonda-Lindsay Lohan drama, was third with a take of $5.9 million. | Only registered users can write comments.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
