The sun's entry into Gemini brings with it the giddy anticipation of our very first day of kindergarten. What are the other kids wearing? Will we do crafts or have recess first? Will there be snacks? The excitement continues to build throughout the day. House rules: Boredom's a bummer. Curiosity rules. There's plenty of interesting new stuff to explore.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). Some days, multitasking isn't the most efficient way to work. Today isn't one of those days. Streamline your thoughts. Master the art of keeping your head on straight.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You're getting better at not arguing with reality. That's not to say you're backing down. You just figure it's far easier (and saner) to rework your own values than to get life to conform to yours.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). It's all about you. Is that hard to hear? For one Twin it's a refreshing relief, "Ahhh, all I need to worry about is me." The other Twin is tempted to condemn you for being selfish. Put a sock in that Twin's mouth.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You're entering a period of creative flourishing. This requires you to disorient your habits. Shake them up. Try feeling a painting, seeing a song and tasting a touch sensation.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Your expectation designs what is. Sometimes you forget to have an expectation, at least consciously. But your subconscious fills in, and the result is surprising — "This isn't what I wanted!" Inspect your expectations.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (May 21). You're purposeful in your approach to all things great and small. When life moves, you move with it, with full-on intentionality. Put your signature flair on your work to differentiate yourself this August. Your mind is on vacation in September, so take time off. Your heart overflows with love in November. A Leo person pleases; a Gemini person captivates. Your lucky numbers are: 16, 7, 30, 21 and 27.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Your purpose isn't given to you — you have to create it. Tracking your momentum teaches you about timing your next move. The stillness between moves teaches you more about your mission.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). There are no guarantees that there will ever be a time when you'll feel safe, secure or inspired enough to do the thing your heart wants to do. So you just have to do it now. Take all your wobbly insecurity and dive in.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Everyone needs validation. If you take something too personally, you're human. If you react with more emotion than you're used to, that's human, too. Control is a fair-weather friend.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Your attention is coveted by at least two important people in your life. Remind them it's not a contest. Anyway, you'll find that there's enough of you to go around.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Expect interruptions. Anticipate them. They're the rule of thumb rather than the exception. It's your sensitive handling of the stressors that turns an unmanageable crisis into a coup of confidence for you.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You continue to see rainbows of possibility. Follow one of those bands of color to a solution for a longstanding relationship problem — more valuable to you than a pot of gold. Well, maybe not, but it's better than suffering on.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Just like your body needs physical nourishment, your spirit does, too. Introspection. It powers your dreams. It's your secret propellant to the future. Do that silent, solitary walking that always centers you.

ASTROLOGICAL TOPICS: Travel & Astrology — Looking for a fun way to personalize your summer vacation? Just like a person, each city, state and country has a sign! When you visit a place that matches your sun energy, it lifts your own vitality, allowing you to more fully relax into your natural state of being. Whether traveling locally or internationally, here's your starstruck travel guide.

ARIES: You're as independent and pioneering as they come. You're up for the adventure of going someplace exciting. The Aries city of Istanbul, Turkey, straddling Asia and Europe, hustles and bustles. Istanbul's nightlife rivals all major European cities, good for high energy Rams. Formerly Constantinople, this was once Europe's largest and wealthiest city, perfect for the Ram's superior taste. Local Aries city: San Francisco, Calif.

TAURUS: Taurus thrives and flourishes in the lap of luxury. Pampering is a must, so a spa resort is essential. Honolulu, Hawaii is the Bull's best getaway. Hawaii's gentle ocean waves soothe the Taurus temperament. The islanders' aloha spirit makes the Bull feel easy and relaxed. Money-minded Bulls settling in for the season should ask for the "kamahaina" rate, the local's discount. International Taurus city: Dubai. Come back for Gemini and Cancer!

CELEBRITY PROFILES: What's with Naomi Campbell's temper? If she's developed a stylish signature look as one of the original supermodels, her emotional signature is volatile impatience. It's a case of Mars attacks! The moon and Mars face off in her chart, blowing domestic, petty annoyances out of proportion. To Campbell, her needs must be met yesterday. Watch out, PA's. The moon rules personal assistants.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
