If the Gemini sun is the curious kid with a smart response to every teacher's question, the Sagittarius moon is the contemplative kid in the back, wondering what it all means. This classroom of life is raucous good fun. It's a big enough room for curiosity and doubt. And the journeyers who contribute help us move up a grade or two.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). Writer Ella Williams said, "Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it." You're in the biting off stage, fabulous. Let your eyes get bigger than your mouth, and open wide.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). The support you feel from leaning on a partner is a lot like leaning on an ancient redwood tree, protective and strong. You have the same inner assurance accessible within, at any time. Silence helps you find it.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Someone's promising the moon, and you want to believe. They're in a position to deliver on the promise, especially if it's a revision of a previous offer. Don't second-guess their generosity.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). A spiritual kernel of truth arrives in an unsuspecting moment, delivering you from the humdrum into the divine. Maybe it even evolves into an inventive idea or a new approach toward your work.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You're someone who thrives on spontaneity and adventure -- it makes you feel vibrant and kid-like. So take off. Head into the ice cream parlor and get the whipped cream with a cherry on top.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (June 1). You knew you had talent long before anyone else seemed to pay attention to it. But this is your year to get the accolades you deserve for your work. Problems that at first seem overwhelming are your biggest opportunities to shine. October brings a particularly fat check. New living arrangements happen in November. Pisces and Leo people adore you. Lucky numbers are: 3, 20, 1, 19 and 35.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). A bright story, hopeful optimism, a new slant on an old story -- you've a lot to give. The emotions that well up inside you are ecstatically, exuberantly wise.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Life is a celebration. Truer, it's a series of celebrations. None of it needs to be taken too seriously, and yet it demands your best party face. Honor the little landmarks you make today as big reasons to celebrate.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Give your sincerity and common sense where it's needed. You're acknowledged as the smartest apple in the barrel. Tonight, let loose around Pisces people who love your crazy ways.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). There's been a lot of talk about how to maximize your time -- proof that not enough people have learned the art of doing nothing (and still coming out ahead). So do this radical thing: Relax and don't feel guilty.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You really want to please those close to you, but don't try too hard. When you follow your own bliss, you end up making others happy, too -- Leo and Pisces people especially.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You meet your match. The chemistry between you is so exciting you either turn in your best work as a result, or you spend most of the day floating on a cloud. Finances perk up because of your savvy moves.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). The planets continue to highlight your visionary talents and teach you to bring ethereal concepts into the real world. Inspiring impossibilities spur you to create your own "unfeasible" outcomes.
WEEKEND LOVE FORECAST:
ARIES: You long to pull someone out of their shell, but it's your own shell that needs shocking.
TAURUS: Offers abound and it's hard to say no. So say yes. You'll digest it all later.
GEMINI: You're pulled in a million directions. Ambivalence mires you until you find the obvious loveliness in plain view.
CANCER: Your love karma improves with every new kindness you afford yourself.
LEO: You're unstoppable. You ride a curiously new wave of love all weekend.
VIRGO: It's your ability to bring out the best in others that draws forth the best in you.
LIBRA: Share your love with the world. Until you give your love away, you can't claim it as your own.
SCORPIO: You're more at home in the company of the strange and unfamiliar than you are in the eyes of the ones who know you best.
SAGITTARIUS: Passion is feeling all of it. Embrace the highs, lows and in between. Love with daring.
CAPRICORN: You're learning to relinquish who you want someone to be for who they really are. AQUARIUS: Even the best intentions can be misperceived. Forego old conclusions. Let them find you in their time.
PISCES: You're simply dazzling. Someone wants to be loved by you and only you.
COUPLE OF THE WEEKEND: Libra is a social butterfly whose beauty is captured in relationship. Capricorn likes things built to last, like marriage. Both need to be in charge. Who really is in charge is a matter of opinion (usually Libra's). Most days are covered in diamond-dust glitter for these lovers, who idealize their shared commitment to "together forever." Together, they'll make a clay mold of their embrace, for posterity.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
