...comes on Thursday, the day when the dissolution of her 15-month marriage to Charlie Shanian will be official. Just in time for the 32-year-old “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum to enter the state of semi-holy (to have and to hold till reality do us part) matrimony with fiance Dean McDermott, who has two kids from his first marriage.
Family Services won't formally investigate Spears
Los Angeles County’s Department of Children and Family Services visited Britney Spears’ house because her son, Sean Preston, suffered a mild head injury when he fell out of his high chair last weekend.
DCFS made a routine inquiry and is not opening a formal investigation.
Rob Thomas, Jewel on tour together
Grammy winner Rob Thomas will tour with Jewel starting May 23 in Clearwater, Fla.
Jewel’s new album, “Goodbye Alice in Wonderland,” is set for release May 2. Thomas, who fronts Matchbox Twenty, will tour in support of his debut solo album, 2005’s “...Something to Be.”
The seven-week tour will include stops in Atlanta, Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis, Nashville, Tenn., and San Diego. The final stop will be July 8 in Kelseyville, Calif.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
