Happy Earth Day! The moon explores the wacky realm of Aquarius through much of the day, featuring the inventive, novel and eccentric. The zaniness you encounter is like a cosmic conversation-starter -- an excuse to break the ice with total strangers or bond with friends. Later, you'll be telling stories that begin, "Remember that time when ..."

ARIES (March 21-April 19). The habit you've been trying to change has served you well for a very long time. You're probably feeling a little sentimental about it now -- perhaps it shouldn't be tossed away, but gently coaxed out of your life, instead.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Your special friend adores you. Love or business or both could be in the future of this relationship. The window of possibility is wide open, with no sign of closing again until some drastic change in the "weather."

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Make sure your creativity has an expression today, or else, you could get downright mean! Tonight, you'll receive a reward or hear sweet words that have been a long time coming.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You see the world through your friends now, and they do the same through you. If you don't have enough friends or the right friends, you'll see less. The stars suggest that Libra and Taurus people are favorable platonic additions.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Your light within is shining bright, which is a good thing, because some of the environments you enter now are shady. You could save someone just by being you.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (April 22). Shout it from the rooftops: This is your year! Take on more than you think you can handle through the next 12 weeks, because you'll grow into the responsibility. You're so popular through June that you'll probably be happy spending July in a quiet, introspective way. Pisces people thrill you, and a Capricorn is committed to you. Your lucky numbers are: 7, 45, 10, 31 and 49.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). At some point (sooner is better than later), you take hold of your mind and say, "Look, I'm in charge here. I'll tell you what to think!" From there on out, it's a beautiful day.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You're not sure how far to extend yourself. The culture you're entering is so very foreign to you! Make this your rule of thumb: Not giving costs more than giving.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You're in a position to be the boss. You're effective and will always be able to get people to work for you -- but getting them to work (SET ITAL) with (END ITAL) you is your real goal. So, you spend the day trying to win hearts.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Yours is a teaching role now. The best information you can impart is how to get along without you. Otherwise, you're forever doing the work others should be doing.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). The day's activities include singing, dancing, telling jokes and fooling around. You let your inner wild child have a day in the sun. This is very attractive to more introverted individuals.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Your loved ones need to know your limits, so they cross them just to find out where they are. This is really nothing personal. Objectivity makes you a more content person.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Other people's expectations mean next to nothing to you, since it's your own expectations that are your constant companion. Still, try to notice when the applause is for you, and soak it up.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I was wondering what you can tell me about my stars. I have never had a chart done, so I am clueless to my rising signs, etc. I think I am on the cusp of Leo/Virgo and sometimes feel like both. My birth date/time is 11:45 p.m., August 24, 1962, born in Cottage Grove, Ore."

You have Leo on the third house, which rules your mental state, intellectual orientation and self-expression. This suggests that you communicate in Leo's extraordinarily entertaining manner! Furthermore, you are a Virgo with a Cancer moon and Gemini ascendant. There are plenty of lovely water-sign influences in your chart, and your tendency is to ride the wave of your emotions to see where it leads you. This is unusual for Virgos, who can be so analytical at times that it's difficult to simply let go. When it comes to other Virgo traits, such as a talent for being orderly, you fall right into the category. You prefer yourself and your environment to be neat, clean, healthy and organized. I see your relationship with your mother as being something you are working on. Appreciating the similarities and differences between you and your mother will pave the way to a very fruitful summer!

CELEBRITY PROFILES: The loveable Taurus Tony Danza will see some major changes in his professional life this upcoming year. The unfortunate cancellation of his namesake daily talk show coinciding with the Best Picture Oscar for "Crash," a film he was fortunately a part of, makes for something big towards the end of 2006. I see him hosting a successful new nighttime game show.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
