The Gemini moon is the right kind of lighthearted, social energy to keep the weekend hopping along. Combined with Taurus energies, the result for many of you will be a sudden need to shop. The "marketplace" (whether the mall, Internet or fruit stand) is where intuition is honed, physical identity is defined and friendships are sparked.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You turn the unfunny into funny, the uncool into fashion, the unexpressed into declaration. You go around turning every negative you see today into a positive. By the way, a Scorpio craves your attention.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You've long been aware that in order to succeed in a creative endeavor, being talented isn't enough. You also must have a unique point of view. Today, you're the complete package.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). In regard to your friends and family, you're proud and ambitious, cheering them on to greater heights. This afternoon brings the opportunity for you to put that driving energy toward your own dream.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). Your involvement in the bustle and hum of this busy day is meaningful, even if you begin to think it's all getting somewhat routine. To the world, you may be one person, but to one person you're the world.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). The stars see you as highly strategic and calculating when you need to be -- especially if it helps you promote a cause that will ultimately help everyone. Situations arise that cause you to become very good at acting.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (April 29). This year, your spirit of adventure blossoms. By the end of next month, you're exploring a new interest such as dance, comedy or art. This brings lucky friendships and sensational dates, too. A career shift is featured in June -- finally, the position you want is open. One solid presentation wins the prize. Libra and Capricorn people make your heart sing. Your lucky numbers are: 9, 32, 39, 46 and 35.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Take advantage of any leisure time you can steal -- it's the calm before a whirlwind. The political dynamic around you becomes clear, but what you don't know is that, behind the scenes, someone protects your interests.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Your most pressing problem can be solved with a single winning idea. One way to ensure that you have good ideas is to have many of them. Remember, it's called a brainstorm, not a brain-raindrop.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You're missing someone. Though you try to distract yourself with other things, your thoughts, like open-armed, ecstatic children, run to embrace the one you love. Let this person know.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). The cliche is true -- when one door closes, another one opens. If you can't see the door that has newly opened, it may be because you're still standing in front of the one that has closed.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You're super-sensitive today. Observe art, listen to poetry -- you'll understand it in a way you never did before. Also, now you can figure out what someone is hiding. All you have to do is interpret this person's silence.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You figure out what you need to know, and then, magically, the "teacher" appears. There is magic in the written word. You can apply what you learn directly, as if it were a recipe or a spell.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Giving, for you, is like exercise. It releases endorphins, increases the oxygen to your brain and raises your energy. You will find many occasions to be generous now.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "The Aquarius I'm dating is so weird because he needs attention all the time, and he always wants to know how I feel about him, and he's very insecure ... and yet, he never tells me he loves me or does any of the things he expects me to do for him. What's worse, he acts like that's totally natural. My birthday is Dec. 7. What is my love profile?"
Sagittarius/Aquarius romances have certain undeniable appeal for each partner. Aquarius men rarely express their true feelings. In fact, the less they say they like you, the more they really do. They have a great fear of embarrassment about love, which, if you truly care, you must understand and compensate for. As a Sagittarius, this holds great appeal to you. Admit that you're always reaching for the more elusive man, and you can't stand a love affair that doesn't challenge you. This year, you could explore new lifestyles and even careers through the men you fall in love with. Sagittarius women are ready for a move this year, and you may be subconsciously choosing a partner who will gradually leave your life, so that this break is not too traumatic.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Super-comedian Jerry Seinfeld has kept a low profile since ending his megasuccessful Seinfeld sitcom in 1998. Taurus isn't showy, but they enjoy the fruits of their labor and love luxury. Married with three children, Seinfeld is a committed family man who just happens to be one of the most sought-after actors on the planet. Expect a return to the spotlight within the next year from this steady Taurus.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
