The Virgo moon and Taurus sun are earth-sign friends who conspire to ground us in an improved reality. Living well is a matter of quality over quantity. That is, unless the things we have in quantity are of the very best quality! Whether you're shopping, working or kicking back at home, there's an underlying drive to do it in luxurious style.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). Great style is more than buying the right clothes. You'll be rearranging your priorities this weekend in order to improve your overall lifestyle. Capable people around you make all the difference.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Your question: Will you find that soul mate to make you feel special in countless wondrous ways? The stars point out your uniquely splendid qualities. Once you see them, you can easily attract others who see them, too.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You're using your skills to make money. Hot areas to investigate are real estate and small businesses. If the deal doesn't close today, don't worry -- you'll get another chance next week.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You're as open-minded as can be today. But when someone exhibits undependable behavior, you wisely take it as a sign of things to come. As usual, your stomach helps you discern truth from fiction.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You find a way to talk to (and more importantly, to listen to) fascinating people. It only takes one interesting encounter to make your day, to open new worlds, to change your life.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (May 6). You manage and master the wilder areas of your life this year. Incredible willpower helps you attain what you've wanted for so long. Tender love makes the early summer memorable. The new skill you learn in November helps you make a financial leap. Investments made this winter will pay significantly in three years time. Scorpio and Leo people are big fans. Your lucky numbers are: 9, 10, 4, 21 and 50.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). The planets highlight your childlike curiosity. You look at the world in strange and funny ways, endlessly discovering. In order to stay this way, you may have to shun a stodgy, traditional worldview.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). The best opportunities today come in the form of casual invitation or natural impulse. You could see the grand glory of the whole universe while walking under trees or bouncing a baby.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You find new ways to free your soul. Options open up when you let things drop off of your to-do list and cut out projects you're less than passionate about. An Aries connection is lucky.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Your motto is: Don't knock what you haven't tried! Experimentation leads to money, new friends and different pastimes. Even just driving a new route home could ignite a brilliant spark of an idea.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Flow with the way things are going now, since fighting only takes your valuable time. Being specific about what you want helps you get it more quickly. Consider this: A change of residence could revitalize you.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). As much as you hate to admit it, appearances matter. It's actually fun to work on the superficial aspects of your life today. A put-together look is an immediate projection of your sense of self worth.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). What comes around goes around -- instantaneously! Keep vows and dates made to family, and your wishes are honored in kind. Children are well-behaved and confident, reflecting nicely on you.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I was born Feb. 6, 1979 in Palayan City, Philippines, and my life has been so complicated that it seems I have no good luck at all. I graduated college but can't use my knowledge. All available offers in my country are for housekeepers or sales clerks. I'm not from a well-to-do family, so I have to take what I can get to help my family. Will I ever get a better job?"
Your chart tells me you're a true intellectual with many air-sign influences, including three Aquarian luminaries. Mental and humanitarian pursuits will be your freedom. In the difficult socioeconomic circumstances of your country now, you cannot afford to be negative. Focus on what you have going for you -- a better education than most people will ever receive. You're uniquely qualified to be part of the solution for others who are discouraged and desperate. Read biographies of educated people who've endured similar trials. You will find many! Continue to feed your brain and inspire yourself no matter what menial job you are attending. Einstein was a paper pusher at a patent office! I believe that with the right attitude you can have a better job as soon as July.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Recent Oscar-winner George Clooney is a goal-oriented Taurus who has built a solid and respected show biz career as a triple-threat combo of actor/writer/director. It's not easy to go from a sit-com regular on "The Facts of Life" to an award-winning actor in "Syriana." Taurus people have a talent for understanding the necessary steps involved in difficult goals and working ceaselessly until they're done.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
