Under the Libra moon, what's sweet is made sweeter by the company of friends, and what's tedious is made bearable with the involvement of at least one other person. Taurus (where the sun is now) and Libra are both children of Venus, who can't emphasize enough the importance of beautiful and pleasurable experiences.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). What you've owned or collected is worth more than you think. Appraisals are favored over the next three days. Romance is found out of your element, so take a risk!
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). This is the prime day to knock down an obstacle invented by you. This kind is the hardest to knock down, but at least it won't hurt you to crash into it, since it is only an illusion.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You're bright and savvy, and others see you that way. Don't wait for your accomplishments to add up. Be confident now. Do something daring to advance your business.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). The people in your neighborhood contribute to your luck, your fortune or your social life. Also, give in to a loved one's request: It's no big deal. You'll save time by saying "yes" to the person who won't take "no" for an answer.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Your strength is creativity. Your weakness is structure. If you partner up with someone who will watch the clock for you and help you get practical details lined up, you get to be the child -- playing, imagining and growing.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (May 9). Your dazzling successes of the coming year are something to look forward to, indeed! This month is for mixing it up. Moves are lucky. Something you do in June brings you fabulous word of mouth. A windfall is the result of the good press! July features a picture-perfect wedding. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Put off a decision until you're feeling surer, or until "never." The omens suggest that you're the only one pressuring yourself. When you discover this, a wonderful sense of relief happens.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Curious and inquisitive, you'll find out all you need to know. Regarding your love life, you have the matches, so light that spark. Do what it takes. Shout, wave or whisper to capture the attention of your potential sweetheart.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Your mind is a rocket, but your body is molasses. Exercise to balance the equation. Evening brings good advice. A Gemini or an Aquarius has been where you are and has the battle scars to prove it.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Rays of hope emanate from the morning sun. You can apply them to a troubled relationship by thinking the best of the other person. You're the star of the evening, especially if you're also the cook.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You'll be adjusting your appearance to reflect how you feel on the inside. The afternoon brings a message. Don't be so logical as to miss the tantalizing, hidden meaning.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). People get a good vibe from you, and you make important connections without even trying. A warning, though: Don't "sell" what's already sold. A Taurus is lucky.

For all signs, it is counterproductive to continue doing what is no longer enjoyable. For Scorpio, staying a minute too long in a job that no longer holds intrigue causes great inner revolt and resentment. It is wise to not only follow your bliss, or your calling, but to follow it immediately and without delay. Develop an image in your mind of an abundant life as an artist. It is this image that will be key to your success. When you're not certain which way to go, concentrating on your own image as a successful artist will help you make the right decision. Your chart reveals you as serious, possessing a powerful vision that puts the depths of inner life onto the canvas. You would do well to get to know your model before you begin painting. Even if your subjects are not human, developing a unique relationship with your subject is essential before you even put brush to canvas. Your connection with the internal life and meaning of things is what creates your best art.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: The terms "humanitarian" and "rock-and-roll superstar" don't normally go together, but then again, U2 frontman Bono is a rare breed. This upcoming year, I see a break from music and touring for the earthy Taurus rock star. However, he will focus on family and fashion, collaborating the two as he continues working on his environmentally conscious fashion line, Edun, with wife Ali.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
