The Libra moon is congenial, diplomatic and gracious -- almost enough to offset the strident situation between the sun king and Neptune, ruler of the mystic sea. This planetary conflict puts obstacles in the path of imagination and stops dreams by tethering them to reality with a very short rope. Don't worry, these limitations are temporary.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) Family and friends kick in to help you in unexpected and much-needed ways, as if to prove your theory that there is tremendous goodness in each person.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). If you absolutely must be a dutiful citizen today, at least have the pleasure instinct to take along the person who makes you laugh until the sides of your head hurt.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Is it wrong to desire status? No -- as long as you realize it won't make you any happier. Having more status, you will impress others, but you probably won't care. Happiness happens at all levels of the status continuum.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). You're out front -- first in the line of vision. The obvious candidate. The usual suspect. You can capitalize on this by speaking your own agenda when the spotlight swings to you.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). There's rhyme and rhythm to your loving expressions. This makes you popular. People sync up with you, even if they don't have the skills to sync up with anyone else. Your abundant compassion is a talent.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (May 10). This year is full of "wow." Life unfolds for you as if you're seeing it for the first time. A "mad-hot" love relationship is a good part of this scenario. Make practical decisions about work and residence next month, and your financial picture becomes rosy. Your big project is sold in August. Love signs are Cancer and Aquarius. Your lucky numbers are: 9, 40, 25, 19 and 32.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Looking for love? Old habits must change, and this is as good a day as any to accomplish the shift. You're determined not to repeat the mistakes of the past, and that's why you won't.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). The only work that satisfies you now is work that involves like-minded individuals. Your usual amicable attitude is replaced with a discerning, searching intellect. You want answers, and you find them.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). The recognition you desire is yours. Just make sure it's all for the right reasons. Art and beauty are high on your list of priorities, and you find a way to give those principles to the whole world.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Generosity and loyalty are your astral-persuasions. So give and commit and believe while you're doing it that this is the right thing to do. You'll never regret it.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). When you want answers, they are elusive. When you provide answers, the answers you wanted are given in the spirit of reciprocity. This tit-for-tat manner gets old.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Your gregarious gestures are delivered with style and accepted with aplomb. Today is the perfect example of why you continue to be the most popular sign of the zodiac.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You don't mind messing up as long as no one else sees it. They don't, and they do. It depends on what you mean by "see." While you may be aware of subconscious information, others are not.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "What does the year ahead look like for someone newly divorced (born Sept. 26, 1960)?"
Already, the divorce has triggered self-examination and a new look at your daily life, goals and friendships. It's time to become a grown-up in the true sense of the word, and though you may feel down this month, by mid-June, it's clear this is the beginning of the development of a stronger you! A career move will help you shake off your blues and move on with life. You have plenty of energy to focus on marketing your skills and selling your services, and by July, you'll find you're making more money than you thought you could with only you deciding how to spend and invest it. This feels like total freedom, indeed, and the confidence it gives you will be noticed by a few who are starting to think of you in romantic terms in October. You probably won't be in the mood for much more than casual dating, but you can expect to be pursued. In a flash, you'll look back on this period as a magical shift. CELEBRITY PROFILES: From Tootie on "The Facts of Life" to Regine on "Living Single," actress Kim Fields has literally grown up on the TV screen. A focused and centered Taurus who always knew that show business was in her soul, Fields parlayed this drive into an extremely successful career. I predict she'll put her drive into making a killing outside of show business this year, perhaps in real estate or gold.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
