The sun enters Gemini! This is the final solar transit of spring, a time to surrender to your own personal growth spurt. Gemini is a social energy. Like school children, we learn the most and the fastest through playing with peers. Picking up new habits, sayings and beliefs happens almost without our knowing. So be mindful of your company!

ARIES (March 21-April 19). If you're thinking young, you'll receive many benefits from the events of the day. (Aries, when are you NOT thinking young?)
Amusements abound. Romance is risky and exciting. Opportunity is wide open.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Your common sense makes you uncommonly successful. Follow through on those "no-brainer" decisions, like avoiding the things that strike you as obnoxious and embracing what makes you feel loved.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Whether it's traffic, plumbing or social code, good systems make life easier. Though much of your social "operating system" is unconscious, you do have one. Observe, review and determine how to improve your results.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You're in a profound mood. You can almost gauge the weight of your soul, and your eyes are just the intensity for staring people down. Write a brooding poem, or recite an elegant complaint to a customer-service representative.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Let others do most of the talking. You'll enjoy the chance to celebrate their accomplishments, revel in their juicy news and trade on their top-rate information. Then don't be surprised if suddenly you're very popular.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (May 20). You experience important synchronistic events this year that illuminate your life's path! Sweethearts give their all to you this spring, and you'll be in a position to choose a deeper commitment, if that's what you want. A financial gift in the next four weeks upgrades your environment. Leo and Pisces people complement you beautifully. Your lucky numbers are: 8, 20, 25, 31 and 50.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). It's difficult for you to turn down invitations, but saying "no" supplies room in your schedule for taking care of yourself in a way that's meaningful to you ... maybe reading, listening to music or getting a massage.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). The map before you seems entirely different from the one you followed earlier this year. Smart people make adjustments as needed -- and you are, as an air-sign intellectual, as bright as they come.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Make communication a priority. Letters and phone calls start the goodwill flowing to you. This doesn't mean you have to tell all! Your air of mystery remains a chief asset. Hold your cards close to the vest.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Controversy in business is favorable -- it attracts publicity, which, in turn, attracts more business. Love is another story. Steer clear of a loved one's sensitive triggers.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). The omens suggest that this will be a dreamy day for you. As long as you're thinking about what could/might/possibly/will happen, you may as well project yourself into a future you will enjoy.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Excellent communication vibes are available to you. Instead of struggling through relationship issues, you sail. There's a chance to improve relations with your children this afternoon; learn what they like.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Your powers of observation astound others, however ordinary they may seem to you. (You don't need drug-sniffing dogs to tell when someone is off the deep end.) Act on what you know, even if you don't know how you know it.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I'm a Virgo, and even on my most successful days, I feel as if I'm alone because I don't have anyone to share my life with. I want to know if my stars say anything about me finding or meeting someone new."
You have the right attitude for love, Virgo, in that you really want to share your successes, talents and heart with someone. You're not coming from a place of need, but you realize that you have a lot to offer. The next step is to start feeling "together" instead of "alone." Whenever you're with family, friends or even an acquaintance, adjust your awareness to include this person with all of your being.

Your identity as a "loner" is so ingrained that part of you is having a hard time giving it up. This month, get specific about the kind of person you'd be willing to share your life with -- and by that, I don't mean your whole life for years to come, but the many aspects of your present life. Make a list of the qualities you want in a companion, the values the two of you would share, the disposition you think you'd jive well with. At the end of this month, new people come into your life. A Taurus or a Sagittarius will be especially easy to warm up to.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Some babies born today will be Geminis. However, the iconic Cher is a Taurus with Mercury (communication) in Taurus (which rules the throat), as well. Even though this Oscar-winning actress and music megastar recently spent three years saying farewell to her fans on tour, I predict she will make a return to the stage by early 2007, with a permanent residency in Las Vegas.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
