 NEW YORK — Years after she first emerged from the Batcave, Batwoman is coming out of the closet.
DC Comics is resurrecting the classic comic book character as a lesbian, unveiling the new Batwoman in July as part of an ongoing weekly series that began this year. The 5-foot-10 superhero comes with flowing red hair, knee-high red boots with spiked heels, and a form-fitting black outfit.

I have always been a fan of the entire bat family so when i heard that there was a new character comming out, as so to say, i was over joyed but then i started thinking, with the history homosexual or gay oriented super heroes in comics that means we wont ever see a comic book titled Batwoman in any stores we will never be able to expect a monthly issue featuring the new Batwoman and occasionally in some other adventure of a hetro superhero we just may get to see a cameo. Dammit why did they have to make her gay | The new batwoman

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
