Q. I’m worried that I’m coming up short, if you know what I mean, in my sexual performance. I hear some women say size doesn’t matter, and others say it does. Recently, I got so uptight about what my new lover thought, I couldn’t perform. Does it, or does it not, matter?
—Feeling Like Mini-Me in Fort Collins

JENNIFER: Wow, I don’t have much advice to offer you. I’m hoping that Jon has some valuable input here, but I’ll do my best!
Try not to stress so much about how you’re doing because, obviously, it’s going to hinder your performance.  Ultimately, the experience should be about making love and, if that’s the case, you should be comfortable enough to talk to your partner about what works best for the both of you (because you’re in love... right?).

JON: No, I don’t know what you mean. ... Anyway,  there are many things you can do before and after that to make sure her mind is satisfied.  Get off your manly high horse and think of it from her perspective.
She’ll care more that you’re trying to satisfy her both in and out of the bedroom that your little guy will be an afterthought.

Q. I’ve been dating this guy for a couple months now, and I’ve got a problem. I am really attracted to his roommate, and I think the feeling is mutual. This makes me think the guy I’m seeing isn’t really the one for me. But what do I do if his roommate is?
—Aroused by the Roommate in Loveland

JENNIFER: You’re right, this guy probably isn’t the one for you. If you’ve only been dating the guy for a few months and your mind is already starting to wander, odds are he won’t hold your attention in the long run. As far as the roommate situation, I wouldn’t go there.
If you care at all about the guy you’re dating now, you’ll put your own desires aside and respect the fact that pursuing something with his roommate will only hurt him and potentially wreck their friendship.

JON: Saddle up partner, it’s going to be a rough ride.  The very second you tell either of them, you’ve ruined your relationship and theirs.
The grass is always greener on the other side, until you get over there and realize there’s dog poo everywhere. Duh, how do you think it got so green?

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
