The full Sagittarius moon is like a travel guide, introducing new concepts, worldly knowledge and interesting factoids as you go. Only, the exotic location you'll be observing may be as close as your own back yard. It's all how you look at it. Under the full Sagittarius moon, your point of view is likely to be more of a wide angle. Take it all in!
ARIES (March 21-April 19). Considering the universal principle of "garbage in, garbage out," you might visit a bookstore to stock up on positive reinforcement. Your company makes a huge contribution to your mindset, as well.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Today gives you reason to believe that man is basically good. Someone who did you wrong will apologize. A loved one makes you feel special, and a good Samaritan appears on your scene.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). The planets align to help you raise your self-esteem. One way to do so is to say no to someone who is, let's face it, very hard to say no to. Another way to do so is to say yes to something you never considered before.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). Admit it -- the one you constantly bicker with is, yes, wicked attractive. Maybe you should be dating instead of arguing. Creative work goes best if you have a partner, if for no other reason than the accountability factor.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Keep your brain in shape. When you're mentally on your toes, love and money fall at your feet. Brain exercises include bantering with a bright, if nerdy, individual.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (June 11). It's been said that a friend is a gift you give yourself. If this is true, your year is filled with gifts, as your number of friends grows exponentially. This month, your social calendar leads you right to love. Next month represents a growth spurt for your career. Make an investment in August. Libra and Pisces people are exceptional partners. Your lucky numbers are: 53, 26, 41, 25 and 3.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Today, you're surrounded by powerful egos. Be the generous one, secure in your competence and position. Children especially need to know their contribution is valid.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). There you go again, singing in the rain. All it takes is a little of your famous levity to turn inconvenience into an overwhelmingly positive experience. Someone you know won't forget this day.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Your stars reinforce the law of spiritual detachment. If you cling too readily to the outcome you desire, you block something better from occurring. Loosen your grip!
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). The astral climate features color, action and drama! Your feelings are now officially in the open. Others have a chance to respond, and do so in surprising ways.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You honor your commitments, even when they fall under the "what was I thinking?" category. Your strong character sets the level for those around you.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). The eternal flame in your heart (the one that lives beyond this time-bound experience of life) burns to express itself. Don't wait for the perfect forum. Life is now!
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You're drawn to, but not rendered helpless by, something or, more likely, someone shiny and new. Be strong, unlike a moth headed for the light bulb.
FORECAST FOR THE WEEK AHEAD: What a week! During the Sagittarius full moon, the world is all at once familiar and strange -- like some far-off extension of your family whom you've never met, rushing forward to embrace you. Since Sagittarius lunar energy is a champion for tolerance, the more open-minded you are, the luckier you'll be. Our sun transits trendy Gemini, highlighting all things hip. So hot spots are even hotter as the general public quests for fresh influences. Whatever you're looking for, whether it's new friends, love, business contacts or fun, you can find it in the calendar section of the newspaper. Now through the 17th, Venus and Neptune square off to challenge your beliefs about what kind of lifestyle you deserve. There's the dream version of you and the reality, and in between stands one big, fat doubt, which is enough to rain on the whole parade. When faith is tested and wins out, it gets stronger. So see your fear of being for what it is -- an illusion. Buying into it is optional. As if to hit the message home, the Pisces moon this weekend shows us how spiritual laws govern the physical realm.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Since stealing our hearts at the tender age of 13 with a critically acclaimed performance in "The Professional," adorable Natalie Portman has advanced to worldwide movie stardom, garnering both a Golden Globe and an Academy Award nomination. This and three "Star Wars" prequels happened while attending -- and graduating from -- the ultraesteemed Harvard University. Gemini twins like to take on two monumentally different tasks, and they still have energy to spare.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!

| | My name is Michelle Turley and I'm 28 years old. I live in Severance with my hubbie, Brandon. We have 2 dogs and a cat. We enjoy camping, four-wheeling, and just being in the mountains. I like to cook, clean (go figure), flea market, and play poker. I have so much to say about poker... | |
