CHICAGO — R. Kelly’s infamous sex video is set for public consumption.
A judge decided to allow the public and the media to see the tape, which prosecutors allege features the pop star getting intimate with a very young girl.
“This is the whole crux and linchpin of the case,” Judge Vincent Gaughan said. “If there was no tape, we wouldn’t have a case.”
Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography. Prosecutors claim the sex was filmed sometime between January 1998 and October 2000, when the girl may have been as young as 13.

It isn't a felony in Colorado until he has 20 pictures...shouldn't that be like one, just my opinion. |

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
