The sensual Taurus moon welcomes the summer solstice, a magical day to celebrate the light, heat and life brought to us courtesy of King Sun! So get out and soak up some rays. If you can't take the day off, then catch a few stolen moments -- maybe on your commute with your arm out the car window or during a solar break at lunchtime.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). There is a Japanese proverb that luck is like having a rice dumpling fly into your mouth. Today, you're caught off guard by the sort of surprising luck that is a lot to swallow!

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). There's enough to go around. So when you feel like fighting for your piece, it's time to slip into the mindset of endless abundance. Look into the depth of the sky, imagine the breadth of the ocean, try to count the stars.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Getting along with loved ones isn't hard, or easy, either. You can say almost anything if it's true -- the (SET ITAL) way (END ITAL) you say it makes all the difference. You weren't born with all that charm for nothing. Use it!

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You believe those close to you can do better, and you're probably right. You don't mind being an agitator. After all, it's the grain of sand that makes the oyster form a pearl.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Love is not about "what have you done for me lately?" This you may have to remind yourself over and over throughout the day as you rise above the circumstances surrounding you.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (June 21). This year, you have much reason to hold your head up high and put your chest out -- you act in a way you can be proud of. Your attitude of hope and determination not only touches others, it helps you conquer one of your longest held "issues" in July. Get the money you've worked for in August. You have remarkable bonds with a Taurus and a Virgo. Lucky numbers are: 10, 41, 2, 35 and 52.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Groups of people who all seem to know one another can be intimidating. Even if you are "the outsider, " you're also exactly the fresh breath that a project requires to make it to the finish line.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). It's not enough to simply assert your independence -- celebrate your independence! You're not controlled by anyone! When you change your role in life, loved ones will adjust to the new you.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You've carried someone through the trials of life, and for that, you're rewarded, albeit in small, glad doses. When the success of those you teach is your greatest achievement, you're truly a leader.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Equal affection is rare. There is always someone who loves a little more and does a little more for the other. Usually, the romance pendulum swings back and forth. Today brings such a shift.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You can vividly imagine how you would like a loved one to behave, and yet, you won't tell this person what you want and expect. Well, maybe he or she will receive your mental message. Night reveals much.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Projects go well when you stop worrying about whether you're being "original" enough. You ARE an original. You can't help but be that -- there is no other you. Your only job is to be authentic to the YOU you are.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). The ones you love make you laugh -- heartily and often. This is reason enough to keep them around. Be as thoughtful, helpful and supportive as you can be.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I was born March 8, and I'm over 50 now. I plan to move to another state due to health problems in my family, but I am terrified that, at my age, it will be impossible to find work in this new place. I am alone here right now, and my family is already over there. I feel so lonely and would like to be near my family. Will I find a job in the new place? Am I too old for work?"

Ageism is a big topic these days as the baby boomers enter retirement, but be careful not to buy into the media spin on this topic by being fearful or creating problems that do not exist. Being terrified will create the exact state you do not want. So start being optimistic, and imagine yourself as absolutely employable. Indeed, being young is a state of mind, and you're the sign of mind-over-matter. A Pisces can do spiritual work that will serve better than any facelift to appear, and indeed be, in the prime of life. You should also know that if you're moving closer to family in order to aid in someone's healing or care for their health in any way, this will be an especially fortuitous move for you.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Carson Daly may be the hippest talk show host on the circuit, but his Cancer birth sign paints a picture of a highly sensitive, emotional individual with a serious and spiritual side, too (Pisces moon). The combo is a winner with females, and 2007 brings a high-profile union. However, it will take a few wild-ride love affairs before this Cancer catch settles in to really build a home with the love of his life.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
