“Timeless Love”

Smokey Robinson’s “Timeless Love” is his first non-gospel collection in seven years, and although I’m one who would happily listen to 66-year-old Smoke sing even the Patriot Act, his voice is just about all there is to recommend about this troll through the same old songs
DIANA ROSS
“Blue”
3 out of 4 stars
Diana Ross’ “Blue” is no baby-boomer cash-in. The standards here were originally recorded in 1971-72 and intended as a tie-in to Ross’ starring turn in the Billie Holiday biopic “Lady Sings the Blues.”
EDDIE DANIELS QUARTET
“Mean What You Say “

Eddie Daniels made his greatest mark as a clarinetist, but when he joined the Thad Jones-Mel Lewis Jazz Orchestra 40 years ago, he was a fiery young tenor saxophonist who played a mean clarinet, too.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
