It's very tempting to watch the world from a home TV set on this first full day under the homey Cancer sun, but the best way is to try and be comfortable anywhere you go. The moon splits her time between Taurus and Gemini. The morning is methodical and lovely, and evening features friendly wit and the novelty of new ideas.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You're in "flow" today. Decisions you make are lucrative. On a spiritual level, you are what you believe you are, so you may as well believe you are more (so there will be more of you to believe).
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). In a room full of people who seem content, you wonder why you're the only one with a complaint. The answer is, you're honest. Be specific about what you need, and your need will be exactly met.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). The stars shine on your ability to change anything you're doing that doesn't help your situation. Others may or may not follow suit. If you're the one doing all the changing, consider yourself a truly advanced human.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). Everything and everyone has potential to sidetrack you from goals. Today, you have the focus of a Zen master. You can tune out all but the exact thing you need to be doing in the moment.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). It's your day to roar. Whether through writing, lecturing, teaching or traveling, the world is ready to hear what you have to say. So turn your life experience into gold.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (June 22). Knowing your purpose will be the genesis of your success this year. This month and next are for exploring, deciding and changing your mind -- all part of the growing process. Be patient with yourself. Ultimately, you'll know when you've struck "gold." A windfall in August is one big clue! Your relationships with Libra and Aquarius people bring much joy. Your lucky numbers are: 3, 20, 11, 33 and 39.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Sit down, make a wish list, and then make it happen. People think you're working magic, and you are. Earth signs -- you, Taurus and Capricorn -- are especially good at this kind of practical magic.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). That old saying "No pain, no gain" was an extreme point of view. Does life really have to be hard to be righteous? Today, the most beneficial thing to do is also the most fun!
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Success can be a simple matter. Keep your objectives clearly in mind and the "how" part of the equation seems to handle everything all on its own. Now, if only your love life could be this cut and dried ...
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Your stars are frivolous and fanciful now, but be mindful not to tie your self-worth in with the balance of your bank account, as the two have nothing to do with one another.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Sometimes those who analyze, monitor or develop your work have something valuable to add. Other times, like today, you're the one who will be educating them.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You can relax. What's really yours is yours forever. It cannot be stolen. It's intrinsically woven into your eternal soul. Also, there is no need to fight for what is already yours.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You want to dig your heels in because you're right! Is being right worth losing someone's esteem? Maybe it's best to resist the temptation to say "My way or the highway."
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I am a Libra, born Sept. 29. Over the last six years, my life seems to have moved in a direction other than the one I chose. More so in the last year, my life seems to be in complete upheaval, and I feel lost at times even if I don't show it. I feel like I am losing everyone around me in some way or another. I feel like everything is out of control, and that I will lose everything if this keeps going. Will this change anytime soon?"
Sounds like you're tuning in to the energy of Saturn, the planet of big life lessons. These lessons are frequently learned through the rulebook of self-destruction. The word "self-destructive" gets a bad rap. In building ourselves, sometimes we have to tear down the structures of our lives and re-create. This can be done consciously or unconsciously. Losing relationships, and yourself, is part of your path now -- this is needed for you to realize that you're in control of your life. What happens to you is a result of your choices. You don't have to wait for the change to come down from the stars. Be aware of the lesson, summon your power and take the reigns.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Chris Isaak is a down-home soul with an extraordinary gift for connecting with people. Cancer performers and artists have an intuitive way of sucking people in by (SET ITAL) not (END ITAL) performing or being artsy. This comfort-loving sign wants everyone to be comfortable and creates that in their physical and emotional environment. In time, Isaak's live show will break attendance and financial records.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
