It's an energetic Aries moon that conspires with the Sagittarius sun to carry us far from home. Maybe you're looking for something, and that's why you roam. It's more likely, though, that you're looking for anything — anything different from what you've already seen, that is. Whatever your reason, many calories are burned in hot pursuit.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You have to take care of you. You're the best one for the job! Also, it's more fun that way. You get to know what you need, and you become better at providing that.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Hardness melts away. You're vulnerable, and you don't care. Let go of one opinion that keeps you from feeling at peace with your family. It's never too late to forgive.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Like a true air sign, you sooner or later resign yourself to the influences of the wind. Not because you're weak, but because it's foolish to fight it. Hoist a sail and let it move you.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). There's a remedy for any anxiety you're feeling, and it starts with a pen and paper. Get it all out so you can look at it. Then you'll clearly see that it's not bigger than you. It is, as it turns out, considerably smaller.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Just because someone flatters you doesn't mean they think they're inferior to you. Look beyond what is stated. Look at motive. It's fascinating to delve into another person's psyche, especially one who likes you.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Nov. 30). When humanity claims there are seven wonders in the world, it's almost offensive — there are endless wonders in the world. And if you could cram your upcoming year into a time capsule, this would be one of them. You're a fine influence in December. Finances twinkle in April. Invest in July — vacation then, too. Supporters are Cancer and Virgo people. Your lucky numbers are: 7, 4, 38, 20 and 44.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). There's an opportunity to use your talent, especially one you possess only a slight ability for. "The woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best." — Henry Van Dyke
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You're in a strong, confident mood! Be careful not to overstep your boundaries with friends or family, especially with children and innocent types. Let others discover things on their own — it's more exciting that way.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). It's not clear whether you're making choices because of who you are, or whether you are who you are because of the choices you made. Either way, you like how your new self-concept is shaping up.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Your best work is a product of joyful creativity. But when that doesn't happen, a deadline will do. Adrenaline is a sort of drug — one that helps you ignore self-criticism and get down to business.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You have a vision of yourself in an alternate reality of sorts — with a different job or in a new social setting or with a different love. The land of could-have-been is intriguing to visit, but nowhere to live.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You're currently in the habit of handling problems the moment they're presented. Not everyone does this. You'll be in toe-tapping mode a few times today, thinking, "right now, please!"
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You're moving in a highly competitive environment. When others appear to be resting, they're merely waiting to pounce on the first opportunity they see. Be more strategic than the next guy.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I thought that I'd look better with a little elective surgery, and many people say I do. But I haven't gotten used to my new face. I feel strange, even depressed, because I don't relate to the way I look, though everyone else seems to think it's an improvement." — Libra with a new face
You just need a little more time, that's all. As the sign of beauty, it's more devastating to the visually oriented Libra to experience any physical alteration at all. Even common signs of age or fluctuations in weight can cause great anxiety. But you are also the sign of balance, and adjustment is a keynote in your life. Your symbol — the scales — indicates the ceaseless balancing and rebalancing to a state of equilibrium. This speaks positively of your ability to quickly assimilate a new self-image. I suggest you do this by feeding your mind with tons of positive literature on the subject of healing and feminine self-esteem. There are several books on the topic of transforming your self-image and thought processes toward the aim of increased confidence, love and health. Read, talk to yourself in the mirror, get some pictures taken. In another six weeks, you'll feel differently.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: "The Daily Show" wit and scribe Jon Stewart earns never-ending praise and kudos for his work through 2007. Stewart's biting intelligence combined with an unmatched humor has made this Comedy Central staple a huge hit. I see him taking his Sagittarian charisma into the ranks of the Hollywood elite with another high-profile hosting gig, like the Academy Awards.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
