The Taurus moon is an anchor, promising to ground us when the emotional weather is blustery. Though you drift off course in the name of adventure, you can find your way back by following the tether line of the Taurus moon. Sometimes this shows up as a bill you need to pay or another responsibility that helps you keep it "real."
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You're divinely directed in pursuits of fun and profit. Hopefully this will steer you away from trying to improve an institution that can't be improved, which is a waste of time.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). When someone makes you laugh, you can't be mad at them. That's why a certain friend gets away with so much. You're learning the value of charm, but it's still worth more than you realize.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You subscribe to the idea of trying everything, or most things, once. That's what makes today such an adventure. Pretending to hold back is futile. You're the kind of person who gives it all.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). You love ideas. Even wrong ideas. Especially wrong ideas. Right ideas still have to be proved, whereas wrong ones are already proven. And they always lead to something.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You're not sure what you want to do about your romantic situation, so you try a little of this and a little of that. You're a bit scattered, though. When you shoot an arrow into the air, don't expect it to stick.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 2). Your mind is loose and uninhibited this year, which is why your creativity extends into the stratosphere. You'll get paid for it, too! But take care of business this month. When you're careful and prudent, you attract the right kind of attention through the wild spring. Your relationships with Aries and Taurus people are effortless. Your lucky numbers are: 26, 31, 20, 54 and 39.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). It's said that you can learn more from your enemies than your friends, but this isn't necessarily true. Both enemies and friends are teachers. You can learn the most from the teacher whom you study with most often.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). People you know may have varying amounts of money, but they all have the same number of hours in a day. Those who love you give you their attention for certain amounts of time to prove their love.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Decisions weigh in the balance. Put them off. Tell your waiting party you'd like to sleep on it. Sleeping on it now is better than lying awake with it later.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). While you're trying to discern what your highest calling is, you may hear other callings. Not your highest, but callings all the same. They say, "I need you," and you say, "OK."
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Schedule anything that comes up around those family plans that are already set. Married couples revitalize their partnership by ruthlessly guarding their time together.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). If you refuse to compromise, you get your own way completely. Everything is aligned to push a relationship forward. You receive favorable treatment from authorities.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Romance is demanding of your energy, but worth it. Joint financial matters come into focus. Lovers make sharp observations that can be used for speedy personal growth.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "A psychic told me I could marry a Scorpio man. I've heard that some people can tell a person's sign just by looking. What does my Scorpio man look like?"
First of all, I hope you're approaching your quest for a marriage partner with levity, humor and an open mind. Your dream guy may very well be a Scorpio, but to rule out the rest of the population would be silly, right? That said, there are physical characteristics that tend to run in specific signs. All people of a certain sign don't necessarily look like their sign, just like people of the same family sometimes do not look alike. In fact, a person's rising sign is usually a stronger indication of physical appearance. Characteristics classically attributed to the Scorpio include strength and intensity. Usually large boned, the height will span from medium to tall, with the look of dark swarthiness being quite common. The eyes are penetrating to the point of being unnerving to others and have a look of the secretive. The forehead tends to be large and wide. Cheekbones and chin display roundness, and the jaw is strong. The mouth is full, firm and sensual, showing deep determination. The overall face has a sultry look.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: That voice. Those moves. Those legs! No performer can compare to the boldest and most original "queen" of rock 'n' roll -- Miss Tina Turner. This fire-hearted Sagittarius will turn her back on her last "farewell" tour by hitting the road sometime over the next three years to support her newest recording. Her innovation and collaboration will inspire and rouse a whole generation of new fans.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
