The full moon in Gemini is a party game. It's truth or dare -- an exercise in brinkmanship. It invites you to go bungee jumping with your emotions, promising to snap you back before you can get hurt. If you're like most people, somehow that doesn't make the risk any less scary. Beware: People you know well can be unpredictable and erratic.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You won't get through the day without in one way or another persuading someone of something. This is best done with charm, hints and insinuations. Let others think they came up with an idea on their own.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You overcome fear or inertia to master new ways of operating within a group. By doing this, you simultaneously strengthen your self-esteem. A new boldness touches everything you do.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You know you've done a good job. There's nothing wrong with letting others know, too. Directing attention to your fine work opens future opportunities. A Pisces person is especially responsive.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). A certain ordeal consumes your thoughts. Too bad you can't, as of yet, proclaim this one as ended, but there will be some encouraging developments in that direction.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You can't be responsible for the behavior of individuals acting on their own initiative. But you also can't discount your influence over those who follow you with zombie-like loyalty.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 4). This year you perform a series of replacements -- doubt with self-acceptance, fear with love, debt with contribution. A fortuitous business arrangement this month amps up your giving spirit. In January, your love life thrives as a result of your intuitive sensitivity. A major purchase is featured in March. Libra and Capricorn people adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 9, 1, 28, 17 and 32.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You'll hear a long tale, the details of which are all too familiar. Perhaps you're spending more time with someone than is good for either of you. An effort to freshen up your world is very lucky.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). This is no time to be wishy-washy while presenting your ideas. Stand up for them. Even if they're not good, saying them out loud is the only way to figure out where the holes are and grow from the experience.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Take a high-tech approach to solving a problem. If that doesn't work, take a low-tech approach. The stars promise that if you're persistent and try different things, you'll be victorious.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). You may have to revise your plans based on someone else's schedule. While this sudden shift may be frustrating and could inconvenience you temporarily, the end results will be well worth it.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Greatness doesn't happen in a vacuum. Even if it seems like only one person is involved, others are present giving information, inspiration and support. You're one of the informing, inspiring supportive types now.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Someone else's trash is your treasure. Check out flea markets, used bookstores, online auctions, vintage clothing stores and other places where you're likely to turn lead into gold. You'll make a fantastic find.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Poor everybody else. If they're competing with you now, they should prepare to lose. You're really thinking and grooving. If it can be done cheaper, safer or faster, you'll find a way.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I've been with this company for nearly four years, and even though I do a great job, I don't seem to get the pay raise or promotion I deserve. On the other hand, I'm thinking of studying or starting my own business. Outside of work, I seem to make enemies even though I put up with a lot of nonsense from people. Any light on this area? I was born April 8, 1966."

As an Aries with hotheaded Mars in Aries as well, you're a go-getter with incredible drive. You firmly believe that as long as your achievement is high, the spirit in which you achieve is your own business. Your two areas of concern are interconnected. Both have to do with your people skills, which you tend to put less importance on than others in your workplace probably do. Though I think you'd do well in your own business, I believe the lesson you could learn by moving up in your current company is such a valuable one that you should stick it out until you've broken this barrier between you and the promotion you want. Instead of focusing on achievement, focus on learning how to make people feel validated and how to make them realize your value.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Talk show host, "America's Next Top Model" creator and host, actress and mentor to young girls across the country, Tyra Banks' Sagittarian tenacity and drive move her to achieve all of her post-catwalking dreams. I see her personal life -- along with her professional life -- on a serious upswing over the next two years, culminating with both a marriage and a pregnancy by the end of 2008.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
