Saturn's retrograde through Leo begins a review of creative projects. What went right, and what can we learn from? Also, an idea you've kept to yourself blossoms under the attention of a collective mind. The Gemini moon keeps the conversation on the upside, which is crucial, since negative comments can stop projects before they start.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You have a mind for numbers and will come up with brilliant ways to add more zeros to your income. When given a choice between popularity and honesty, a middle road might be not to involve yourself in controversy.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You continue a trend of dwelling on that which you enjoy. Good work. Keep this up -- you could soon achieve that rare state best described as "deliriously happy."
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Your focus on gaining greater control over the little things in your life has far-reaching results. A true master isn't just a master of a skill, technique or language. A true master is a master of the self.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). You're feeling sassy and are inclined to do the opposite of what is asked of you just to get a rise out of anyone trying to control you. This tempestuous mood is irresistible to those who are too afraid to act out.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You've developed the habit of dreaming, and it serves you well now. If you were to take the situation too literally, it'd be depressing. But when infused with your sense of fantasy, the day unfolds a rainbow of hope.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 5). It's a year of revelations. You're trusted with information and taught secret skills that will allow you to excel above normal production levels. A transportation upgrade comes this month. It's not only about work and money, though. Stop resisting love, and let yourself be taken care of in January. Cancer and Libra people adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 7, 4, 28, 43 and 14.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You're willing to follow someone through suspenseful twists and turns if there's a possibility of surprise. Unforeseen endings or hidden treats and treasures allure you.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You must admit, if only to yourself, that there's something about your current problem that's fascinating, if not downright appealing. This admission takes you one step closer to its solution.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Having to explain things over and over is a sign that maybe you're talking to the wrong person or you're in the wrong place. Move yourself into different environments until you return to that sense of flow you're so used to.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Affordability is a relative term. There are ways of getting around budget limitations. Stick to what you want, and don't listen to anyone who says you can't have it.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). A financial situation that's been stressing you out eases up considerably. Perhaps you finally get the check that's owed you. Or somehow some mad money makes its way to you from out of the blue.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You're relaxed and confident, so it's the perfect day to promote yourself. State your best qualifications in a straightforward manner, and let your natural charm win hearts.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Everyone wears a facade. Realize that strong and controlling types are brittle and fragile underneath. This will help you have a compassionate heart. Your sensitivity makes you a favorite.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I'm a Cancer stay-at-home mother of a 2-year-old boy. Being a mother is very challenging, but I miss the kind of challenges and fun I had when I was working. Is there anything I can do to capture the old excitement?"
Cancer is the sign of mothers, but that doesn't mean you're automatically going to adjust to your role by being in a state of perpetual maternal bliss. Ruled by the moon, you may find solace in the idea that life is cyclic, always changing, and the patterns will complete themselves and renew. Have patience. There'll be plenty of time for exciting career pursuits later. Don't wish your child's life away by constantly projecting yourself into a future of preschool and activities that allow for more freedom for you, or back to a past when you had a different kind of life. Try to connect with the joys in this moment. Look into different kinds of Zen training to keep your mind focused on the now. There are tons of books on the topic. You'll find that you can do this training whether your child is active or napping -- it's a constant mental discipline that will bring about truly exciting rewards for you.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Rap artist extraordinaire Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter is also the president and CEO of Def Jam/Roc-A-Fella Records. Riding high off the smash hit "Kingdom Come," Jay-Z is proving that despite his 2004 "retirement," he never left the rap royalty throne. I see this Sagittarian star's wattage going up within the next year as he finally ties the knot with stratospheric star Beyonce Knowles.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
