Mars is enjoying a vacation through vibrant Sagittarius. If, during the next month, you aren't expanding your vision of your career, a special project or a passionate interest, it's likely out of a conscious choice to keep things contained. The natural tendency will be to enlarge the scope or shoot for lofty targets.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You've been hurt in the past -- but who hasn't? Learning to trust again comes easily to you, as you've always been a brave sort. You'll jump right back into the fire today.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). The stars caution you not to make hasty assumptions, especially about friends. Hang back and observe before you form an opinion and certainly before you share it. Older relatives need to hear from you tonight.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You're so used to going for the goal with all your body, soul and mind that you think others are the same way. Not everyone is. Dig down deep for your compassion -- the world needs it.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Everyone exaggerates, so you may as well have fun with it. Put on a show that endears new friends and lovers to your creative ways. Your forte is making toasts, witty banter and others feel special.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). What works and what doesn't is simply a matter of opinion. But those opinions are what drive your projects today. Conduct a survey. You'll be surprised at the wisdom of complete strangers.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 6). Personal relationships are blossoming in new directions, and you're happier for the change. You avoid slotting people into the pattern that suits you and accept the brilliance they can bring to your life when given the freedom to do it. A swirl of financial luck visits in February. Moves happen in July. Your ties with Aquarius and Aries people bring good fortune. Lucky numbers are: 9, 20, 48, 33 and 6.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Increase the sum total of this world's happiness. Offer some kind, sincere words to someone who is having a hard time lately. You may never know the repercussions of a loving act, but you can be sure it makes a difference.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Your effort-to-results ratio is imbalanced. Instead of pushing to get more, go the opposite way. Accept less or none. Then you'll have the space to consider which actions are their own reward.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). It becomes obvious where your long-range goals and short-term goals are at odds. This is your day to notice any opposing forces at work in you life and do something to reconcile them.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Being aloof works for you, at least for now. Your absence or preoccupation makes someone even wilder about you. People who enjoy your company will catapult you into wonderful new opportunities.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). There's a certain amount of stress that comes from being the one in charge. Relieve it through exercise. Also, bargaining brings enormous rewards this afternoon, whether for you or your company.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). There may be a right way and a wrong way to do things, but the right way isn't always appropriate. You have the decency to avoid good taste when it's dull.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You're not quick to dismiss random events -- you look for the meaning or pattern, and you usually find it. Of course, if you wait long enough for the rest of the picture to come into view, everything is part of a pattern.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I was married once, but have been single a long time. Despite having a lot of integrity, I seem to have a knack for attracting men who have difficulty being honest. It has made me want to retreat from the dating scene. Do you see this ever changing? My date of birth is Jan. 23, 1957."

You love to be charmed, and you have a fabulous time when you go out, attracting the dashing kind of man who wants to impress you. You can be very sexy and aloof at the same time, which drives men crazy, in a good way. To encourage more honesty in your relationships you must do two things: First, be willing to hear the truth without getting mad or judgmental. This is so difficult that you might think it's not worth it. Next, don't lie to yourself. You know immediately when you've been told a falsehood, and your willingness to look the other way has perpetuated dishonesty. Stay in the dating scene -- you have so much fun there -- but lose your expectations. They're clouding your vision.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Not content to live in his Backstreet Boys brother Nick's shadow, Aaron Carter is an all-around Sagittarian-style performer, with hit albums and a lucrative acting career, including a stint on Broadway. Sibling rivalry and tabloid hijinks are nothing new to Aaron, or to his brother and three sisters, as prominently displayed on their recent hit cable show "House of Carters."

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
