Mercury follows Mars into Sagittarius. It's not enough to see new vistas; we have to talk about them, too. In doing so, you'll find many others on your wavelength. The more people you enroll in your vision, the quicker you'll be able to manifest it. Also, it's the ideal time to learn a new language, get your passport or explore a foreign culture.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You remain faithful to your cause, mostly because your cause is as needy as ever. There is joy in this. It may take stepping backward to find the objectivity necessary to receive that joy.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Being in love stimulates your overall creativity. With energetic forces on your side, you effectively change for the better your spending habits, beauty routine, lifestyle or all of the above.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). There is a certain kind of intelligence in groups that doesn't show in any one individual of the group. It's helpful to acknowledge this now -- it could save you some frustration.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). A long line of reasoning may be sound, but unless it's also memorable, it won't be followed. Condense your ideas into as short a form as possible.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You own yourself. But you may have sold your work already long ago. Does this take some of the "pow" out of your production level now? Get back your enthusiasm by doing something that doesn't pay you a dime.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 7). You put an end to procrastination! Getting down to business takes you directly to what you want this month. January brings social opportunity. You're discerning and will be satisfied with your choices. A reunion happens in February. Leverage what you have for a dream come true in April. There's an effortless connection with Virgo and Scorpio people. Your lucky numbers are: 37, 15, 19, 26 and 8.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You're like a detective, bound to get to the root of a problem. Clues are abundant. Keep in mind that someone who is talking too much may be trying to conceal information.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). If you didn't struggle to maintain your identity, you could easily be overwhelmed by the tribe. But you do struggle. The pride of ownership you'll win at the end is worth it.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Everything may be profound, but seeing it as such at all times is a sure way to halt production on your so-called real life. Still, you could find yourself frequently awe-struck today.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). You're in a position to mention names and give illustrated points. Think twice before doing so. The most diplomatic way is probably to be aware of particulars and confine yourself to generalities.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You're lucky when you select a self-improvement focus. No virtue can reach its highest usefulness without diligent cultivation. You're presented with opportunities to practice embodying the virtue of your choice.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). It's been said that children and fools always speak the truth. You're neither, and yet you find a way to deliver a more or less honest answer. Innocent charm is just part of your genius.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Suddenly, you find it in your heart to forgive your enemies -- maybe because now enough time has past. But more likely because you think it would annoy them.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I'm an Aquarian, born Jan. 23, 1972, and am dating a Sagittarius (Dec. 6, 1961). We seem like a match, as we're both very independent and require the same amount of time together, which isn't very much -- about once a week. This is a relationship that seems to work for us, but other people don't see it as a relationship. I think we're very close, and getting closer. Can you explain why this might work for us?"
Aquarius, it's harder for you to take things seriously or to get serious about relationships. After all, it's just another kind of friendship, right? With an Aries moon and Mars also in Aries, I'll bet you're driven by your work, your interests, your impulses -- and not into asking permission to do anything. Your Sagittarius has four luminaries in the sign of the archer, so he's always on the go. The fact that you have once a week together is his version of a major commitment. Even when things progress to living together, you two will still be constantly doing your own thing and enjoying each other on your own schedule. As for those who don't understand, they probably never will. Luckily, they don't have to for you two to continue to have a fantastic time together.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Divalicious Desperate Housewife Teri Hatcher proves that 40 is most definitely the new 30! Her fire-sign star power gives a special sizzle to the biggest series currently on television. Hatcher has worked long and hard to get to this most deliciously dazzling stage of success. And she smartly enjoys every second of it, savoring it all and sharing it alongside daughter Emerson Rose.

| | "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth." | |
| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)
We call it insight, you call it what you will. | |

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
