Under this Leo moon, you don't have to have a plan to create something of value and beauty. Such results could happen quite by accident. It's the spirit in which you approach your projects, not your skill level, that matters. Sagittarian solar energy encourages us to talk to strangers. Everyone you know was a stranger at some point.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). In a nervy mood, you could call up the one who has been bothering you and have it out. To get the most out of this conversation, hang up while dialing. (Some conversations are best when they never happen.)
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). It doesn't matter whether you know how to get where you want to go. You'll figure it out -- you always do. If you stumble around in the darkness long enough, you're bound to bump into the light switch.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Go easy. The fewer judgments you make, the more energy you'll have. Give people you've known a long time the benefit of the doubt. You'll never be sorry for showing compassion.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). Emotions continue to run high, and you can just blame it on your innate sensitivity to the changing moon. Yoga, exercise and laughing with friends are effective stress reducers.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). It's time to let a certain cat out of the bag -- give voice to your secret wish. But here's the caveat -- be alone when you do this. When you declare your quiet desire out loud, your feelings resonate and make it real.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 8). This year features lots of firsts. Make a big deal out of them -- celebrate and document to keep the trend of freshness alive. This month brings lovely people into your life -- people with plenty to offer. Career strides in February are a direct result of your extra work. Love brings you to foreign places in May. Capricorn and Aquarius people adore you! Your lucky numbers are: 50, 2, 12, 14 and 40.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Sometimes you're so willful that you go to extremes. The object of your affection is, hopefully, someone who'll surrender to your wacky wisdom. If not, there could be a power struggle.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Perhaps you don't mean to be elusive, and yet there are those in your life who only have your e-mail address or a cell number. Remain a glamorous mystery. Have fun with the projections of others.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Your tendency toward social exclusivity is activated. You're charming and sympathetic, and you expect the same. If people lack attractive manners, you don't care how many other virtues they possess.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Why think big when you can think huge? If your attitude is huge and your plans are huge, soon your outrageous goals won't seem so outrageous at all. Leo people can help you slip into this exaggerated headspace.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). There's this pressure to act purposeful and be driven. Chuck it for the day. You don't always have to know what you want for the long term. You only have to know what you want right now.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You're in an expansive mood, which can translate into bloated debts and waistlines. Try to keep your various appetites in check. You're especially vulnerable to binge shopping -- keep receipts!
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Involve at least one other person in today's activities -- you need another point of view in order to remain fresh and effective. And as part of a group larger than two, you experience a power greater than the sum of its parts.
WEEKEND LOVE FORECAST: With Venus headed into serious territory, it's time to take relationships to the next level.
ARIES: Drum up a higher energy level in yourself, and loved ones follow suit.
TAURUS: Your patience stops you from being frustrated when others aren't doing what you need them to do.
GEMINI: You're in your glory, with interesting people swirling around you.
CANCER: When you're forever moving forward, the cast of characters is going to change. This happens gracefully.
LEO: The bonds of love are strengthened through shared creative pursuits.
VIRGO: One person goes cold and the other heats up -- a natural role shift.
LIBRA: Past rejections have taught you how to cultivate your unique and attractive qualities, which you do so well this weekend.
SCORPIO: You help the object of your affection relax, thus lulling him or her into your care.
SAGITTARIUS: You sometimes seduce by putting distance and space between you and your love -- but too much space and distance makes love disappear.
CAPRICORN: In order for you to have a good time, you must feel that others are having a good time.
AQUARIUS: Romance pushes you to the brink of self-discovery.
PISCES: Modesty is unnecessary. There's nothing noble about shrinking so others feel taller.
COUPLE OF THE WEEKEND: The special connection that Leo and Sagittarius share is electrifying. The pros include a commitment to having passionate adventures and keeping the relationship ever fresh. The cons have to do with the way they trip one another's triggers just for kicks and get dangerously hotheaded when they don't agree. However, this weekend, even disagreements are delicious -- making up is so much fun.

| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
