 Anna Nicole Smith has been ordered out of her oceanfront residence by a former boyfriend.
But her attorney says the reality TV star has no intention of leaving.

WHAT HAPPENED
Emerick Knowles, the attorney for South Carolina businessman G. Ben Thompson, entered a default judgment on Tuesday after Smith missed a deadline to respond to a suit declaring his client the rightful owner of the gated mansion known as "Horizons."
An attorney for Smith, Wayne Munroe, said he secured a temporary stay of the order and that his client is not moving out.

NO NO SHE WON'T GO
Smith, who moved to the Bahamas while she was pregnant with her nearly 3-month-old daughter, has remained secluded in the house since her 20-year-old son Daniel died at her hospital bedside on Sept. 10. She claims Thompson bought her the $1 million house as a gift. Thompson, who had a brief relationship with Smith, says it was a loan.

I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
