The moon is void this morning, and getting centered isn't so easy. Maybe it's not so necessary, either. There are benefits to sleeping in, or at least playing it low-key. The rest will allow you to get a better perspective on a problem you've been tangling with. The moon enters Pisces this afternoon, which grooves well with the Cancer sun.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). Fearful thoughts are the norm for most of the people in the world. So it's an act of bravery just to choose happiness, optimism and hope. You influence those around you with your courage.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Since nobody is perfect, the best you can do is keep giving second chances today -- and third and fourth and fifth chances. Be sure to extend the same courtesy to yourself.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You can't give what you don't have. That's why your day will probably be spent cultivating in yourself the change you'd like to see in your loved ones, like being organized, conscientious and thoughtful.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). You'll get back on track. Perhaps not at the exact place where you jumped off, but the setback allows you the ambitious start you need to jump the hurdle before you.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Your heart is so generous that when loved ones meet with challenges, you take them on as your own. You may not be able to fix the situation, but you can overcome it, and by doing so, you teach others.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (July 13). This is a year of changes galore! The bottom line is that you're willing to do what it takes to make your life the beautiful work of art you know it can be. That includes letting go of old baggage this month so you can accept the love someone new is giving. A deal that goes down in October is very lucrative. Cancer and Libra people are inspiring to be with. Lucky numbers are: 40, 3, 22, 49 and 28.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). The feeling you create between yourself and others is more important than what you do to create the feeling. You could find wild success today by simply keeping your communication cheerful.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). There are talents, innate skills and magical parts of your personality that are lying dormant, yet to be activated. The planets align to give you a glimpse of what they might be and an inkling as to how you might awaken them.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). This is a day of practicing, but it's best to do so with very little expectation. It's OK not to want to do things you know you're supposed to do. You simply haven't found joy in those things as of yet, but you will.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). It's an action-packed morning. Experiences before noon could wake up or shake up sleeping aspects of your life. Loved ones are thrilled to hear your stories tonight.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Having a sense of control over your life is a need that is exaggerated now. So the mischievous stars are watching to see what will happen when you're in a situation over which you have no control at all. This is a blast!
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). This is the prime time to adopt a new hobby -- preferably one that requires no schedule, no lessons and no special clothing. For instance, lying on your back and looking aimlessly up at the sky.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). This is your day to be who you might have been. You have the chance to embody the you who was once in your mind's eye as just a shadowy outline with a question mark over it.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I was born June 15, 1956, at 11:57 a.m. My husband was born June 18, 1957. He's a very nice guy -- everyone thinks so -- but he cannot engage in relationship that's more than superficial with anyone, including his four kids or me. He calls this his greatest flaw. He loves us ... but is the most self-contained individual I've ever known. I just feel like I'm finished. Can you offer guidance, please?"
You're both Geminis, with Mercury (communication) in Gemini. Superficial, upbeat communication was once enough for you, but recent transits affecting your chart have you questing for deeper intimacy and meaning in your life. With all the Leo influences in your chart, let's face it, you need some attention! You can have it, too -- just not from him. Instead of exasperating yourself by focusing on his lack, go from the premise that he will never change. Truly, he has an emotional disability, and he's blameless. Asking your husband to open up is like asking a lame man to walk. He would if he could. My advice is to not make a decision for two months. Focus only on expanding your spiritual awareness and enriching your life in other ways, and see if you don't feel differently in September.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Penultimate leading man Harrison Ford goes from saving the universe in "Star Wars" to saving the country in "Air Force One" to saving relics in the "Indiana Jones" series. Cancer men are great at playing the hero in their real life, too, and get a thrill from narrowly escaping peril. I predict the upcoming "Indiana Jones 4" will bring a whole new generation of fans to adore the dashing Ford.

| | We're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!)

| | What is up FoCo?
I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks.
Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know!
