There are only two days left in the year, and this is your last Taurus moon of 2006. It's interesting to note -- literally, on pen and paper -- the thing you want under this appetite-driven moon. Scribble down your top three to five desires. In later years you'll reread these scribblings and be catapulted back to this period of your life.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). The resolution of a tense situation brings a combination of relief and letdown. What will you do with your extra energy now that this drain is no longer? You'll find something quick.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Some people choose to hang on to drama, mistakenly thinking that their particular brand of troubles make them more interesting. But you let go of the grief and find renewal.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You see obstacles and think: What's the big deal? There's always another way to get the job done. You may have to pull strings behind the scenes, but you can do so within ethical bounds.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Mother Teresa of Calcutta said it's easier to give a cup of rice to relieve hunger than to relieve the loneliness of someone unloved in our own home. The stars favor dedicating yourself to the needs of those closest to you.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You like to get a recommendation from someone you respect before diving into commitment. There's no reason to be hasty. Relax. Wait until you feel 100 percent certain of your choice.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Dec. 30). You turn weaknesses into strengths, talents into money and relationships into sources of soul comfort. The next three months are about being gentle with yourself so your inner wisdom feels safe enough to speak up and guide you. In May, the addition of new family and friends gives you motivation to make big bucks. Leo and Gemini people adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 3, 12, 9, 40 and 27.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Why shouldn't you approach leisure in the same way you do work? Identify your best possible chance for fun, and then concentrate on it single-mindedly. You won't regret it.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Your attitude and appearance create an air of calm confidence, making this the perfect time to involve yourself in a game of poker or anything else that might require you to bluff.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). The world responds kindly to your honesty and lack of pretense. People you meet feel free to open up to you. Some of what you hear isn't so pleasant, but you appreciate the truth.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). It's a smooth day so long as you're communicating well. Make sure you hear and understand what loved ones say, as to avoid spending hours of your day looking for or waiting on them.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). The game is not how to get ahead and stay ahead. The game is being thrilled with every part of the process. This requires you to fix something about one of your relationships.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). With a little planning you can make sure you're seen in a glowing, oh-so-flattering light. So this is no time to make it up randomly as you go. Be the secure leader. People want someone to follow.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). There's more than one personality inside every single person -- which is why grown adults sometimes act like 2-year-olds. Knowing this, you're kind and patient when a loved one throws a childish tantrum.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I'm at one of life's crossroads. I was born Jan. 15, 1970. What does my love life hold for me? Should I move?"

You're a cool Capricorn with Venus in Capricorn, as well. Let's just say it takes a lot to impress you. Though your moon is in fiery Aries, giving you a passionate emotional makeup, you tend to hide this under a calm, collected facade. The result is a certain smoldering affect that could draw in qualified applicants like a magnet. The problem is positioning yourself to where you're around qualified applicants. There are not too many of them, as you truly expect a level of accomplishment from your suitors. This is why being in professional groups is so important to you. Also, clubs that center around your interests. Look for Taurus or Leo people -- the end of the spring is particularly lucky for you in love. Go out of your way to flirt, because most people can't tell when you are -- you're so subtle. As for relocating, you're best to do this in May. A Sagittarius will help you make the most auspicious choices for your move.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Bold and sassy Capricorn Joanie "Chyna" Laurer is a former wrestling star with a big and beautiful spirit. Not content with life in the wild ring, Laurer shows the ambition her sign is famous for by looking toward creative endeavors like acting and music. I see television as the perfect place for Laurer, as displayed two years ago on VH1's "The Surreal Life." Reality television was good to her, so I see her giving it a chance once again, only this time as the show's sole star.

FullMetal Alchemist (48)

FullMetal Alchemist"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only truth."

3 Wise-asses (15)

3wiseassesWe're not that bright, even though in our own little world, we're geniuses. We like 80s hair bands and one-hit wonders, but among us we have respectable tastes, too. Metallica, Iron Maiden, U2. Pursuit of all things trivial is a lifestyle, not just a game. We like some sports, love other sports, and can find something to say about anything. We watch TV and movies and we've read a book or two, even a few classics (Yes, Classic Comics count!) We call it insight, you call it what you will.

Ravings, rantings, and gibberish. (36)

DrewWhat is up FoCo? I am a recent college graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. After recieving my B.A. in English and Mass Communications this past August I moved down to Colorado. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and heavy metal. My hobbies include reading and writing, music, movies, and getting drunk. Some of my favorite contemporary authors include Bret Easton Ellis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My top movies are anything directed by Kubrick. I enjoy listening to anything that rocks. Right now I am just trying to get to know Colorado and FoCo better. Mostly in order to find the best drink specials on each day that ends in Y. So if you know where I can get a cheap drunk on, let me know! --Drew
